Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil (optional)
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Brown meat; add next 6 ingredients with meat.
    Simmer 1 hour until thick.
    Boil noodles.
    Combine cottage cheese with eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese.
    Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 meat mixture.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan.
