Curried Butternut Squash Soup - cooking recipe

3 lb. butternut squash
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
1 large tart apple, cored, peeled and quartered
1 qt. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. milk
