Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    3 tsp. minced onion
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice (not cooked)
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into a 2 quart casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
