After-The-Holidays Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 c. seedless green grapes
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl toss first 6 ingredients.
    In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, except lettuce leaves.
    Pour over turkey mixture and mix gently.
    Chill.
    Serve on a bed of lettuce if desired.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
