Greek Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. green beans
3/4 lb. carrots (4)
3 leeks
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 lb. zucchini (2)
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
2 c. water
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
2 green onions, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
6 black peppercorns
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 sprigs parsley
Preparation
-
Clean leeks.
Discard green tops.
Cut in half lengthwise. Clean mushrooms; cut in half.
Clean zucchini; cut into 3-inch pieces and into 1/2-inch slices (also carrots and green beans).
