Fluffy Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice (unsweetened)
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 c. whipped whipping cream

Preparation

Mix fruit juices.
Add eggs and sugar.
Cook in top of double boiler until thickened.
Cool.
Add whipped cream.
Makes 1 quart.
