Sweet-Sour Meatball Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (do not substitute)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. ketchup
    1 pt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Combine hamburger and salt into balls.
    Mix together ketchup and ginger ale; bring to a slow boil.
    Drop in meatballs.
    Simmer 3 to 4 hours, occasionally skimming off fat that rises to top. Meatballs are ready to serve when sauce thickens.
    Makes 40.
