Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. backfin crab
    2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Preparation
    Mix half of stuffing with all ingredients.
    Add remaining stuffing on top of large casserole.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 10.
