Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
3 c. fruit (blackberry, apple, strawberry, cherry, etc.)
1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Crust:
Mix well, roll thin and cut into strips.
Line bottom and sides of bowl with strips and add alternately with layers of fruit filling.
