Pralines(Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. Carnation milk
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugars are dissolved.
    Continue cooking over medium heat to soft ball stage.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla.
    Cool and beat until it begins to thicken.
    Add pecans; mix well and drop rapidly with tablespoon on waxed paper or foil.
