Prune Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. each: salt and cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. pitted prunes, coarsely chopped (about 2 c.)
    2 c. coarsely shredded apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.
    In another bowl, combine dry ingredients; gradually mix into egg mixture.
    Mix in prunes, apples and nuts at low speed to blend thoroughly.
    Spoon into buttered and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Smooth top.
