Banana Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream or buttermilk
2 or 3 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
2 scant c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and sour cream to which the soda has been added.
Mix in bananas, vanilla, flour and salt. Bake in jelly roll pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Ice with Powdered Sugar Icing.
