Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed or grated
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil cabbage until tender in small amount of boiling, salted water.
    Drain cabbage and save liquid.
    Melt shortening in saucepan, gradually add flour, stirring constantly.
    Add milk.
