Paprika Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 (3 lb.) cut up chicken
    1 stick (4 Tbsp.) margarine
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving (on waxed paper), mix flour, salt and paprika.
    Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking dish in 425\u00b0 oven, melt margarine.
    Remove baking dish from oven.
    Arrange chicken, skin side down in single layer in margarine.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Turn pieces over.
    Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
    Makes 4 servings. Contains 645 calories.
