Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. bitter chocolate, melted
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat eggs, add oil and sugar and vanilla.
Stir in melted chocolate and grated zucchini.
Beat in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
Add nuts.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
