Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/3 c. orange juice

Preparation

Put in heavy saucepan and boil to soft ball stage (234\u00b0). Pour in 1 1/2 quarts of pecan halves.
Stir and beat as much as possible until it starts turning sugary.
Pour out on cookie sheet to cool.
Try to separate as much as possible.
