Vegetable Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen broccoli or cauliflower
    6 eggs
    2 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
    minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter or oleo
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine melted butter, sour cream, Parmesan and eggs.
    When thoroughly mixed, add Mozzarella and seasonings.
    Defrost vegetables and drain; add to mixture, then add flour and stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
    Top will brown and middle will be firm.
