Italian Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cut in slices
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
    pinch of basil leaves
    Italian salami, cut in small pieces
    Salad Supreme season to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry potatoes in a little oil until tender.
    Stir constantly. Add eggs, cheese and Italian salami, beaten together.
    Do not stir. (Let form as a pie, about 5 minutes on low fire).
    Turn and cook on other side about 5 minutes.
    Turn onto plate as pie.
    Enjoy.
