Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    olives
    carrots
    celery
    cucumbers
    radishes
    peppers
    tomatoes (round)
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix.
    Put over chopped vegetables.
    Let sit for about 24 hours.
    Drain before serving.
