Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn
1 (4 oz.) can drained, chopped green peppers
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch square baking pan. Combine dry ingredients; stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix just until blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serves 9.
