Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

1 nice size round steak
flour
1 onion
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
salt
pepper
Preparation

Pound flour into steak.
By pounding it helps tenderize it. Then fry the steak
real
fast
to
brown
on both sides. Turn heat down to medium,
slice
onion over the steak and add tomato sauce then let cook for
about an hour and a half.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
