Rev. Rose Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deer roast
    cold water
    garlic salt or cloves garlic
    1 onion
    4 or 5 slices bacon
    thyme
Preparation
    Wash off roast in cold water; cut off excess fat.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt, or rub with cloves of garlic.
    Cut onion into slices.
    Put onion and bacon over.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
