Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (14 oz.) can red kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add tomato sauce, kidney beans and vinegar.
    Stir in spices; cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
