Milk Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    1/2 gal. orange juice
    3/4 c. sugar (optional)
    1 to 2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    milk,
    orange
    juice
    and sugar.
    Return liquid to
    the cartons or pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
    When you are ready to make punch, use 1/2 gallon block
    at a time.
    Place frozen mixture into punch bowl, break into
    smaller chunks and pour 2 liters of ginger ale over the frozen chunks. Makes a large punch bowl full.
