Oriental Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pepper strips
    1/3 c. bias cut celery slices
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium tomato, peeled and cut into wedges
    1 c. hot cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 large or 2 small minute steaks, cut in 1/4-inch strips
Preparation
    In heavy skillet, quickly cook green pepper and celery in oil until crisp-tender.
    Remove; set aside.
    Add meat to skillet; cook.
    Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Add to skillet.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add celery, pepper and tomato.
    Heat through.
    Toss rice with ginger.
    Serve over ginger rice.
    Makes 2 servings.
