Snickerdoodles Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup of sugar and margarine.
    Beat in egg and vanilla.
    In a small bowl, stir together the flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Stir this mixture into margarine mixture.
    In a small bowl, mix the 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
    Shape dough in 1-inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
