Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick soft oleo
1 c. sugar (white)
1 egg (beat in 1-cup measuring cup and fill with milk to make 1 c.)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1 c. white sugar
1 c. flour

Preparation

Crumble over pie filling and nuts.
Top with sugar coated flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Do not overmix or overbake.
