Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c. Minute rice
2 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut up
3 c. water
Preparation

Melt margarine in electric skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Add soup and water, mixing until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add rice and cook until rice is tender. It's ready to eat.
