Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan the pecans and coconut.
Mix German chocolate cake as box directs.
Pour over coconut and pecans in pan, then mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla.
Spoon over cake mixture.
Do not try to smooth out.
Leave as dropped from spoon and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
