Grandma'S Polish Bread(Babka) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    4 egg yolks
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. scalded milk (optional)
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water; set aside.
    Mix all ingredients, adding yeast mixture last.
    Knead.
    Cover and let stand 1 hour. Beat down mixture; let rise 1 more hour. Place in loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
