1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. red hot peppers
2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 clove garlic
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a well-greased cast-iron frypan.
