Roquefort Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 oz. firmly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or 1/2 c.
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine or dry vermouth
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    green onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl at low speed, beat cheeses for 2 minutes.
    Add green onions, optional wine or vermouth and mustard. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes or until fluffy.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
    With wet hands, shape into a 3-inch ball and roll in nuts.
    Decorate with parsley and serve with crackers.
