Pineapple Delight Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 pt. cream style cottage cheese
    1 can (#2) crushed pineapple
    1 c. mayonnaise
    juice of half a lemon
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Dissolve both pkgs. of gelatin in water.
    Add remaining ingredients, and stir thoroughly.
    Pour into mold, and chill in refrigerator until firm.
    The horseradish is very important, but does not predominate the taste.
    Serves 10 to 12.
