Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peeled and chopped fresh apples
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. melted margarine
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. baking powder
2 c. unsifted flour
Preparation

Sprinkle the fruit with lemon juice aside.
Mix remaining ingredients, adding flour last.
Fold in fruit just before baking. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
