Mini Blinis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves Pepperidge Farm bread, thinly sliced and crust trimmed away
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend the egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese.
    Roll bread slices flat.
    Spread mixture and roll up.
    Cut in half.
    Dip in the melted butter.
    Roll in mixture of 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon. Freeze.
    Bake seam side down at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
