Homemade Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cut cabbage
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 red pepper (optional)
    1 carrot
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. brown vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cover cabbage, peppers, carrot and salt with water.
    Let stand overnight.
    Drain and rinse well.
    Boil vinegar, sugar and water together.
    Cool, then pour over slaw.
    Put in container and freeze.
