Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 c. saltine crackers
    1 c. scallions
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    dash of basil, thyme, cayenne pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Saute 2 cups chopped mushrooms and 1 cup saltine crackers (crushed).
    Remove from pan and press into 9-inch pie plate to form crust.
    Saute 1 cup scallions and place on crust.
    Grate 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese and place on top of scallions.
    Blend together 3 eggs, 1 cup cottage cheese, basil, thyme and cayenne pepper.
    Pour mixture into pie plate and sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven; wait 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
