Zucchini A La Jennie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size zucchini
2 medium size potatoes
4 garlic cloves
garlic salt to taste
1 tsp. basil
1 medium onion
olive oil
2 large tomatoes or large can peeled tomatoes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and zucchini in pan over low heat.
Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
Simmer until half cooked.
Add tomatoes (skins removed), basil, garlic and garlic salt.
Cut potatoes in small chunks (simmer with zucchini and onions).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until tender, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
