Irish Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. bread, cubed
Preparation

Break eggs into large bowl, beat lightly.
Add milk and mix well.
Blend in sugar, vanilla and raisins.
Mix bread cubes into egg mixture until bread is well soaked.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 90 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
