Mccoy'S Very Famous Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed Italian plum tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers*
    1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh, if possible)
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Finely dice onion, chili peppers, jalapeno peppers and garlic.
    Saut all ingredients except tomatoes. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Cool in refrigerator uncovered. Serve with chips.
