Asparagus Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green asparagus, cut in pieces*
    1 c. hot liquid
    1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. cold water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    * Broccoli may be used in place of asparagus, steam before using.
