Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. mixed vegetables (frozen), cooked
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. water chestnuts
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Ritz, Town House or such cracker crumbs
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    except
    cracker
    crumbs and margarine. Stir crumbs into margarine\tand
    sprinkle on top of the other ingredients.
    Bake in 2 quart
    dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbles.
