Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 doz. large flour tortillas
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and chili powder.
    Quickly heat tortillas in hot oil.
    On each tortilla, layer 2 tablespoons of chicken, 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon olives, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon cheese. Roll up each tortilla and place in oblong baking dish.
