Veggie Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can vegetarian-vegetable soup, undiluted
    8 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together, using hands.
    After thoroughly mixed, shape into loaf and press into 4 x 10-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, pouring off grease as it surfaces.
    Let cool 5 minutes after removing from pan.
    Serves 6.
