Microwave Islander Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped cashews or Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Cut
    larger pieces of chicken in half for uniform size. Arrange, skin side up, in 2 quart baking dish.
    Combine juice, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon and lime juice.
    Pour over chicken. Cook,
    covered
    with wax paper, 28 minutes or until chicken is done,
    spooning sauce over chicken during last half of cooking time.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Cook, uncovered, 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Serves 4 to 5.
