Sour Cream Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion, grated
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 c. cooked beets, cut in cubes
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
    Carefully stir in beets. Heat slowly, stirring often.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Serves 4 to 5.
