Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. grated carrots
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Crisco
1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Bake in three greased and floured cake pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
