South Of The Border - cooking recipe
Ingredients

11 oz. corn chips
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans kidney beans with liquid (15 1/2 oz.)
6 oz. sliced pitted black olives, drained
20 oz. Vegetarian Burger
15 oz. tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix (1/2 pkg.)
4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line bottom of a 5-quart casserole with half the corn chips. Layer the remaining ingredients in the following order: onion, kidney beans, olives, burger and remaining chips.
In a small mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
Pour the sauce over the top of the layered mixture.
Put cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
