Chicken Skillet Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick oleo)
    8 small potatoes, cut in halves
    1 large carrot, cut
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut
    chicken in serving pieces; roll in flour, salt and paprika.
    Brown
    in
    butter;
    push
    to
    side
    of skillet.
    Add potatoes and
    carrot;
    pour
    soup
    over
    all.
    Cover;
    cook on simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
    When done, take up and
    put on serving platter, leaving drippings in pan.
    Add sour cream
    to
    drippings, mix until heated through.
    Serve at once with rolls (or corn sticks) and salad.
