Crepes Suzettes(Thin Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    butter or oil
    sour cream
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour until smooth. Heat frying pan.
    Brush bottom with butter or oil.
    Pour in a thin layer of batter.
    Spread by tilting pan.
    Pancakes must be very thin (almost transparent).
    Fry on both sides to a golden brown.
    Spread with jelly or cheese.
    Roll up and keep warm until served.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
    Can be kept warm at 200\u00b0.
